Forgotten Memories

"Baka. Of course I'll be there, Senna." Shinji said with his annoying smile before turning around to walk off, his white captain's coat waving in the wind.

"Gah!" Senna utters as she jumps awake.

Matabi Senna looked around to find herself laying on top of one of the branches on a lush maple tree, surrounded by leaves that have changed into an orange color indicating the change of season. A light breeze passed by her, causing the leaves to rustle and the grass to wave in unison.

"It was a dream." Senna said followed by a sigh. She looked up at the sky to see a few small clouds pass by in an otherwise clear sky, the warm sun bathing her skin in warmth.

Damn you Shinji. I guess I know what good your promises are. She thought to herself bitterly.

Senna continued to lay on that tree, staring at the sky in nonchalant thought. Thinking about the paperwork waiting for her back at the 5th Squad Office made her want to procrastinate even more. After the defection of Captains Aizen Sousuke, Tousen Kaname, and Ichimaru Gin, the 5th Squad was left in ruins. Her lieutenant, Hinamori Momo was an emotional wreck, unable to cope with the loss of her beloved captain. Her emotional distress had rendered her incapable of doing most of the administrative paperwork that would have otherwise fallen to her after the captain's betrayal. As a result, duties pertaining to the logistics of the 5th Squad had fallen to its third seat, Senna.

"Kuso." Senna muttered to herself, as she knew that she would be spending another long night in the office doing administrative work.

She raised her hands up and stared at them before producing a surge of reiatsu through it to form a small blue swirl of energy from her palm. Moments later, she closed her palm, causing the swirling energy to disappear instantaneously.

Kisama, Kisuke. What the hell did you do to me. What the hell did you do to Shinji? She thought to herself, closing her eyes bitterly. Moments later, she opened them again at the sound of approaching footsteps.

As Ichimaru Gin left with Azien and Tousen all of 3rd squads responsibilities have fallen upon lieutenant Kira and are adding up fairly quickly and 3rd seat Nova was heading over to the 3rd squad office when he sees Senna lying down on the tree. "Hey you sure you shouldn't get back to your own office building to finish up paperwork? If you want once i'm done helping with my squads papers i can stop to help you since i know it's been pretty rough by yourself."

Senna looked at Nova for a few moments before closing her eyes again and standing up from where she was sitting. With a quick jump, she leaped off the tree onto the grass.

Please tell me he didn't see what I was doing. Senna thought to herself as she examined Nova's face for signs of surprise. She saw none.

"H-hello, Nova-san. I didn't expect anyone else to be all the way out here. Usually I sit around here for a nap to delay the inevitable late night that's waiting for me. Taking care of both a captain and a vice-captain's worth of administrative work has really taken a toll on me." She said, taking a few steps past Nova.

"Senna, be careful out there in the real world, it's a dangerous place." Shinji said with a much more serious face than usual.

"Baka, Shinji. You're too paranoid, even with our own lieutenant. How long are you going to keep Aizen at bay like this?" Senna asked, the wind blwoing in her hair as the Senkai gate to the real world began to open.

"Until the day I die. There's something about him I don't like...plus, our new third seat. Just the sinister look in that smile of his is enough to tell that I can't trust him. Although I'm glad it was Third Seat Mogi instead of you. If it had been you, I don't know if I would have been able to hold back against him." Shinji said, a bitter tone begining to show in his voice towards the end.

"Shinji...I'll be fine. You know that I am capable of taking care of myself." Senna objected, slightly annoyed by her captain's warnings.

"I do...and so does Ukitake and Urahara. But, that ability is too unpredictable. You're way too beautiful to die before me, gal." Shinji said as he began to show his usual perverted grin.

"Shove it, Shinji. I'm leaving, I'll report once I get back in a few months." Senna exclaimed, turning around to walk towards the Senkai gate.

"You know you'll miss me!" Shinji yelled, causing Senna to shake her head in annoyance.

"You'll miss him too." Senna's Zanpaktou said to her.

"Shut it, Amat. Who would miss that baka for a captain?" Senna exclaimed, causing Shinji to stare at her dumbfounded.

It was the last time she would ever see that face, that stupid face that she hated and liked all at the same time. The circumstances behind Aizen's betrayal sickened her. Senna knew that Shinji was right about Aizen and couldn't help but feel that his betrayal and Shinji's disappearance was linked. She walked for the next few moments without saying a word, deep in thought before realizing that Nova was still there.

"Uh... Sorry, Nova-san. You're right, I should get back to my division's office. I appreciate the offer but I'll have to see if there's anything that you can even help with later. A lot of the stuff is specific to my squad and you might not be able to help." She finally said, turning her head to face her fellow third seat as she continued to walk.

As Senna walks past Nova he says "So should i expect you to tell me why you were raising your reiatsu from your palm now or later? There nothing against it but it didn't seem to be a training drill to me. I suppose it'll have to be later seeing as how we both have paper work to fill out though." slowly walks away from Senna heading over to the 3rd squads office building.

Kuso. Senna thought to herself as she stopped in response to that question.

"It was nothing. I was practicing kido. I've been stuck in the captain's office doing paperwork every day for weeks. Was making sure I even still remembered how to use it." She answered with an embarassing smile.

She had bigger things to worry about than what Nova was thinking at the time. A lot of work was waiting for her, which she had to finish tonight for the big day tomorrow. It was the first time the Sereitei held a routine Captain's meeting, and every squad had to be represented. She knew that Lieutenant Kira Izuru and Hisagi Shuuhei would be there for their squad in place of the captain. Her squad, however, was not so lucky. Her lieutenant Hinamori Momo was still in the hospital and even if she wasn't, she was in no mental condition to be able to represent the squad.

A black butterfly flew into the 5th Squad captain's office as Senna turned up from her piles of papers.

"A hell butterfly?" Senna said out loud as she held out her hand to let it land on her finger.

"3rd Seat Matabi Senna," The old rhaspy voice of Captain-Commander Yamamoto Genryuusai said. "You are hereby ordered to represent your squad at tomorrow's Captain meeting in place of ex-captain Aizen Sousuke and the incapacitated lieutenant Hinamori Momo. Have all administrative work completed for presentation tomorrow morning."

Just like that, Senna's troubles had multiplied, forced to meet multiple deadlines as well as present the activities of her squad to the Soul Society captains and captain commander.

"But seriously, I do need to get back to my squad's headquarters. There's a lot I need to get done by tomorrow. If you're serious about wanting to help, stop by later and maybe I will make good on your offer." Senna said as she smiled and scratched her hair before continuing towards the tiled floors leading into the rest of the Sereitei corridors.

"Very well" Nova says as he heads over to the 3rd squad office building where Nova finds Lieutanant Kira asleep at his desk with most of the paperwork filled out. "I'll just finish this for him since i know whats coming up for him" says Nova as he fills out all the remaining paperwork. After completing the paperwork Nova realizes it's not nearly as late as he thought it'd be. "Eh may as well head over and see what i can help Senna with" rubbing his head softly as he walks over to the 5th squad office building and slowly knocks on the door.

"Third Seat Senna." A voice on the other side of the door announced.

"Yes?" Senna asked with a slightly groggy voice from the captain's table, looking up between two stacks of paper taller than she was.

"Visitor from the third squad wishes to see you. Says his name is Nova." The shinigami replied.

"Nova?" She asked, surprised that he actually showed up.

"Hai." The person responded.

"Have him come in." She ordered without shifting her attention away from her work.

She thought about what he could help out with but nothing came to mind. Everything she needed to work on was very specific to the squad such as coordination of kido training amongst squad members with the Kido Corps, and reviewing long term assignments in the real world. Most importantly of all was collecting her thoughts on the overall status of her squad for the presentation tomorrow. Senna had always kept a low profile, preferring to stay in a lower rank to avoid being in a position where she'd have to reveal her latent ability. She knew that being forced to attend a Captain's meeting was going to make things complicated.

She raised her head again when the door to the captain's office opened and saw Nova walk in, seeming slightly bored.

"Konbanwa, Nova-san. I'm surprised you actually came. If it was me, I'd have done everything I could to get out of doing administrative work like this." Senna said, still surprised that Nova was here.

"Eh i finished up my squads paperwork and when i offer a helping hand i follow through with it." Nova looks around the room seeing how much work Sennas actually done. "You don't have to look to shocked you know, everyones having issues with those captains leaving and we have to help each other out through it. So where do i begin to help with your work? Or do i get to play a psychatrist tonight with how much you seem to have on your mind latley?" slowly walking around the room looking out the windows.

"Uru sei na." Senna said, slightly annoyed by Nova's sarcastic question.

I could always use his help in looking through the day's training reports. Most of it is busy work anyways. Anything beats falling asleep while standing up tomorrow in front of the Captain Commander. Senna thought to herself.

She looked at Nova and saw a tired look on his eyes. It was a look that she was all too familiar with after having spent many late nights in this office.

"Nova, do you mind if I go out for a walk first? I could use some fresh air." She began followed by a pause. "You look like you could use a break yourself."

She got up from her chair and began to walk towards the door, untying the red ribbon from her hair. After spending the past few hours in the same chair without eating or moving, she desperately needed to leave the room for a bit. She held out the red ribbon in her hands and stared at it, remembering how long she's held onto it.

"Wh-where am I?" Senna asked, regaining consciousness to find herself staring at an unfamiliar ceiling.

"Well it's about time you woke up, you lazy bum" A familiar voice said.

"Shinji. Where am I? How long have you been sitting there?" Senna asked, startled by his sudden presence in the room.

"Since you were in your mother's womb. You're in the 4th Squad hospital, baka." Shinji said with his usual sarcastic tone.

"Were you watching me sleep, you perverted captain?" She began angrily before calming down. "How did I end up here?"

"You really don't remember? You really gave us quite a scare back there, nearly got yourself killed along with both Urahara and myself." He said, his tone suddenly turning serious.

"Killed?" Senna asked quietly, suddenly in fear of what he meant by that.

"Aah. Don't worry about it though, you just rest and we'll talk about it later. You turned out all right, although you sure done messed up your uniform and that yellow hair ribbon of yours." He said, the obnoxious grin returning to his face.

"My hair..." Senna began, reaching her hand to find her shoulder length hair loose on the bed.

"Yeesh, you're as conceited as ever about your hair. Here," The captain said as he took out a box out from his captain's robe. "Try and be more careful with this one next time."

Senna took it and opened it to find a long red ribbon neatly folded inside of it.

"Well, are you going to take it out? Or are you just going to continue staring it like you're in love?" Shinji suddenly said, spoiling the moment.

"Uru sei na, you perverted captain. Don't you have something else to do besides stare at me in my sleep?" Senna exclaimed in response to that comment.

"Tch, a simple thank you would have sufficed." Shinji said, getting up and walking towards the door. "Get some rest, I'll come check on you tomorrow."

She continued to stare at the bright red ribbon for a few moments before sighing. She turned around to see if Nova would follow her for some air outside.

Nova turns around to follow Senn out the door saying "A second walk may keep me awake a bit longer. So whats the story between you and that ribbon? You seem very...... attached to it." Nove begins thinking about whats going to be happening with everyones squads after the Captain meeting tomorrow knowing very well that Senna will be in for the place of her Captain and knowing that Kira will be dead tired afterwards leaving him to all the paperwork for the following day.

"It's nothing. Just a gift from someone a long time ago." Senna replied abruptly, putting it away in her pocket.

She continued to walk through the corridors of the 5th Squad headquarters without saying a word, eventually ending up at a set a of large double doors leading to the outside. Pushing the door open, she felt a soft breeze hit her face, the cool wind brushing against her skin giving her a calming feeling that contrasted the past few hours spent in the office.

"I almost forgot what the night breeze feels like." She began to say with a low mellow voice. "It's been weeks since I've had time at the night to go outside and watch the stars or go to the bar and have a drink with Ikkaku, Kira, and Hisagi. They were obnoxious drunks but at least everything was easy going. I guess that should be the least of my concerns considering what's happening."

Thinking about them, Senna couldn't believe that at one point, she was their kido instructor after their completion of the Shinigami academy. Despite being younger than even most of her students, she was exceptionally adept at using kido and was often assigned as an instructor. Despite having been really irritated by Ikkaku's lack of talent at kido, she gradually found him and the others to be enjoyable company over cups of sake. Although she was initially jealous that Kira Izuru and Hisagi Shuuhei had been promoted to the position of lieutenant, even though she had been their instructor for a long time, Senna knew that in the end, it was for the better that she stayed in her current spot. Had she been like the average Shinigami, she'd have been delighted at the opportunity to attend the Captain's Meeting tomorrow and stand out.

Instead, she was more worried about whether or not this would attract unwanted attention. It was for this reason that she had previous denied Captain Ukitake's request for her to become his lieutenant in the 13th Squad. She trusted Ukitake like her own father, but she was uncertain if it was a good idea. She was glad that Ukitake aware of what she was capable of and respected this uncertainty, but not without disappointment. Ironically, this same decision to deny his offer has placed Senna in charge of her entire squad in the unforseen absence of both its captain and lieutenant.

"Tomorrow will be a tough day for me. Standing in a room full of captains is something I thought I'd never have to do. I guess I now know what Kira and the others are going through." She said, keeping her head raised to look towards the moonlit night sky.

"Eh their not the only ones going through it. Don't forget I myself have been doing and helping with my squads paperwork and tomorrow i'll have it all again since Kira will probably be dead tired after that meeting and your fourth seat may have trouble if your knocked out as well." says Nova with a slight grin. "As for the drinking part it'd be a bad night for you to get drunk and have a hang over at the captains meeting tomorrow. Imagine what the other Captains would think. Though if you want the day afterwards i'll drop you off some sake and tell Kira to join you for it since i'm sure he'll need a break as well." Looking up at the night sky thinking about just how hard this situation is being on everyone and not even sure if he can fathom how much of a burden this is to Senna. "Come on lets get something good to drink thats not sake to keep us up for this paper work."

"Might as well. Maybe I'll be able to stay awake longer if I do." Senna said, feeling an urge for tea.

Senna took a few steps forward, each step against the tiled floor of the Sereitei creating a series of short brushing sounds that broke the silence of the night.

"Aah Senna!" A familiar male voice called, causing her to turn around.

"Ukitake-taichou!" Senna said, surprised at the long white haired captain approaching her with a light hearted look.

Although Ukitake had almost been like a father figure for her, she was surprised that he would come out to talk to her at this time of night. He had been feeling ill lately and the cold night air would make his fits of coughing worse. She would occasionally bring him medicated tea from the 4th Squad's medical center during times when he himself was bedridden and would always go to him first whenever she needed mentoring.

In a way, she regarded Ukitake more as her captain than Aizen ever was after Shinji disappeared. She distanced herself from her own captain, taking Shinji's mistrust in him to heart. It is because of this that Ukitake is the only person she entrusted her secret with. For this same reason, Ukitake was always willing to act as her mentor, watching over her from a distance to ensure that malice would not come to her.

"Ehh...Please, Senna, no need for formalities like that." Ukitake said with a laugh, scratching his head. "Are you busy at the moment? There's something I'd like to talk to you about."

"No, not at all." Senna replied before turning to Nova. "Sumimasen, Nova-san. You go on ahead. I'll meet you there when I'm done."

Nova sighs slightly "Alright Senna." walks over to where the other squad members are drinking sake and begins drinking some tea by himself. "Huh and to think this walk was her idea in the first place. Eh well it can't be helped." Nova looks around to see if theres anyone he knows around and finds that theres not.

Captain Ukitake and Senna walked away without saying a word. A minute later, Senna turned around to see if Nova had followed them and found that he had not.

"Ukitake-san, what did you want to talk to me about." Senna asked, breaking the silence.

"Aah. Senna, I heard Captain Commander Yamamoto has requested your presence at the captain's meeting tomorrow." He replied, stopping for a moment to address you.

"Yeah...Unfortunately." Senna replied, narrowing her eyes in a slight amount of anxiety.

"Most people would be proud to have the chance to stand out from their squad like this. But I guess for you, it is going to be a bit troublesome." Ukitake said.

"I know...does anyone else know of what I can do? Any of the other captains" Senna asked with an uneasy.

"Besides me, no, I don't believe so. When Urahara Kisuke was exiled to the real world and Hirako Shinji disappeared, the two took your secret out of Soul Society permenantly." Ukitake began to say before seeing the look on Senna's face.

Kisuke...Shinji... She thought to herself sadly at the sound of their names.

"I'm sorry, Senna. I guess their names are still a taboo for you." Ukitake quickly said before stopping as a light breeze began to blow along the narrow corridor they're walking in.

"Is there anything I should know for tomorrow's meeting? Anything I need to be prepared for?" Senna asked, hoping the change the subject.

"Just briefly know an overview of what's going on in your squad. Also, be on time. Yamamoto-Soutaichou hates it when Kyouraku-Taichou arrives late to these meetings. Since it is your first time attending, you should arrive on time to avoid attracting unwanted attention." Ukitake lectured briefly.

"What was the urgency in getting me to attend all of a sudden? It sounds rather suspicious to go as far down as the 3rd Seat of a squad to attend a captain's meeting." Senna said, putting her left hand near her chin in contemplation.

"I don't know either. It involves future actions against Aizen. The newly reformed Central 46 held a meeting three days ago regarding actions to take against him. My best guess is that tomorrow's meeting will discuss mobilization of the 13 Squads. It would make sense in that case that you would have to attend in the absence of your lieutenant and captian." Ukitake said, scratching his head. "Although I can't be certain of that, so just be ready. Also if you need advice tomorrow, feel free to ask me before the meeting."

"I understand." Senna said, breathing a sigh of relief at Ukitake's reassurance.

"I should get back." Ukitake said before letting out a soft cough. "The cold air is beginning to irritate my lungs. I can't be bedridden for tomorrow. Good luck, Senna."

"Hai, Ukitake-san." Senna replied as the captain turned around to return to his headquarters.

I should head back over to the tea house and see if Nova is still there. It's been a while since we left him. Senna said, feeling sorry for abandoning her fellow third seat.

Nova continues drinking some tea and finally spots a friendly face although amazed at who it is. "Hello lieutenant Kira. I'm quite suprised to see you here after seeing you knocked out at your desk." Kira replies back with a smile "Yes i know and thank you for finishing out that paperwork for me please let me buy you some tea." "Thank you and it was really no problem because i know how hard you have to work everyday and tomorrow you'll be attending a captains meeting tomorrow." replies Nova as they sit in silence to drink there tea.

There is a loud bang outside and suddenly the building begins to shake for a few moments. Then a high amount of spirit energy seems to be coming from outside the tea house.

Suikotsu gets up and looks around. How did I get here suikotsu thinks to himself Last i remember i was fighting this arrancar and once it was slain i was engulfed in this strange light. Last time i was hear they tried to execute me. Damn that Aizen always trying to see what his experimates are capable of. Wait if im here again then couldn't Aizen be hear. As Suikotsu becomes enraged at the thought of being one of Aizens experimants he begins releasing his spiritual energy.

Nova and Kira both leave the tea house immidiatly to see what the spirtiual pressure is and see that it's another shinigami who seems to be lozing his mind "Amatsu Defend thos whom are loyal!" Nova says releasing his shikai and encases the enraged Suikotsu to prvent further damage as Nova walks slowly up to his barrier and says through it "Calm down and i'll let you out but until than tell me who you are and why your doing this?"

Suikotsu "You think someone of your lvl could hope to beat me. Don't you think after all the times you soul reapers have tried to me that i wouldn't be able to handle a barrier. Its always the same thing with you soul reapers. Shatter the heavens the heavens daikirai." A wave of spiritaual energy begins spilling out of suikotsus zanpactou and disrupts the enegy of Novas barrier enough so that he can break through. The force of the barrier breaking sends nova to the ground.

Suikotsu rushes forward and puts his blade up to Novas throat. "Either of you move he dies. Now tell me where Aizen is." Suddenly Suikotsu gets this blank look on his face falls to his knees and begins to lose consisniss. Nova quickly regains his footing. Then when Nova is about to reform his barrier a mask begins to form on suikotsu's face.

A dence spitual preasure begins flowing from Suikotsus body. Both Senna and Nova strugle to stay on their feet.

Ukitake sencing the strong spiritual pressure quickly goes to investagate. Upon ariving he puts himself between Suikotsu and Nova and senna. Ukitake "you two get out of here" Ukitake then falls to his knees and coughs up blood. "Not now I can't afford to be held back now." Suikotsu quickly charges in and stabs ukitake through the left shoulder.

Suikotsu " You were so confident yet you are so weak. Ill enjoy killing you." Suddenly Suikotsu begins hiting his mask with the hilt of his sword. "What are you doing? Let me kill these three they need to be shown our power. No i will not let you control me." striking one last blow the mask shatters. The spiritual pressure vanishes and suikotsu begins breathing hevaly. He seems to have settled down now.

"Where is....Aizen. Suikotsu suddenly colapses and loses conisiness.

When he reganes consisnus he is in a prison cell with some kind of restraint blaced over his rist. His zanpacto lay against a wall outside his cell on the opisite side of the room.

Suddenly he hears someone aproaching both Nova and Senna enter and aproach his cell.

Nova breaks the silence "You know Aziens no longer here correct? He left with Gin and Tosen." looking a little uneasily at Suikotsu.

Suikotsu "Ah so he turned on you. Well its your own damn faults. About a year ago I was brought before centeral 46. I told them that i had been a human and Aizen turned me into what I am now. He had not only made me a soul reaper but cursed me with that mask. I atacked him as soon that mask formed and tryed to strike him down wih all my power. He blocked my sword with his bare hand. He threw me aside and even with all my strength i was only able to draw a single drop of blood from his hand."

"I blacked out and then when i awoke i was falling towards the soul society. I hit some kind of barrier and my mask shattered. I called out for help and daikirai called out to me. A wave of spirit energy began flowing out of my blade. Its only because of him that I was able to breakthrough the barrier."

"After i had reached the ground Aizen was there waiting for me. I was not able to do anything for once i got to my feet i was surounded by soul reapers. Aizen ordered them to attack me saying i was the intruder and i then was forced to defend against the soul reapers. They proved little challange but then Gin Ichimaru showed up. He took out his sword and then this light began shooting towards me. Before it reached me another wave of spirit energy began spilling out of my blade and the light was throw off course and struck the ground about an inch away from me. Suddenly that mask reformed and I rushed to attack Gin. Aizen told Gin not to interfear anymore. He was suddenly in front of me and struck my mask which instantly shattered."

"I blacked out and the next thing i know i am in a cell bound by these restraints like the one im wearing now. I was soon brought before centeral and when they herd my story they told me that Aizen had never left the soul sociaty and that they hadd several witnesses to verify that. I was ordered to be executed as if i were just a hollow. Then there was a disturbance from behind. I turned around and there was a man with a broken mask and a whole in his chest behind me. The guards were dead he grabe me and this strange ellow light fell upon us. I then found myself rising up and before i could figure out wat was going on I was in this strange barron world."

"He Threw me my sword and I thanked him for saving me. He told me he only did what Aizen had ordered to do. He then snaped his fingers and a portal tore open. He then ordered me through and I steped through and he followed. We arived on the outscurts of town and I reverted back to a human. He told me that Aizen expected that to happen and handed me this substitute soul reaper badge. I asked him who he was and replied his name was Ulquiorra. I asked him where is Aizen was and he told me it is none of my concern. He then opened another portal and steped through and the portal vanished."

" For the next few months I was attacked by several soul reapers and hollow. More recently the soul reapers stoped coming after me and I began to be atacked by these people who looked simular to Ulquiorra. After one of my battles a man named shinji aproached me and told me to come with him i told him i cant afford to deal with others betrayal. He said he would contact me again soon. About a week later i fought with another arrancar that seemed weaker than the others. It thing was that as soon as i killed it i was surounded by this strange light and when the light vanished i was in the soul sociaty. I think you know the rest."

Shinji! Senna thought to herself, the sound of of that name piercing her heart like an icy dagger.

Without even thinking, Senna ran up to Suikotsu and furiously grabbed his hakama with both hands. It had been almost a hundred years since she heard that name from anyone other than Captain Ukitake.

"What do you mean he's no longer around?" Senna demanded to the newly appointed Captain Aizen. "Where did he go?"

"I'm sorry, Senna." Aizen answered with an apparently honest tone. "I was in as great a shock as you are about this. Central 46 announced the disappearance of Captain Hirako, Captain Muguruma, Captain Otoribashi, Captain Aikawa, Lieutenant Yadomaru, Lieutenant Kuna, and Lieutenant Sarugaki. They are refusing to release details of their disappearance to anyone outside of Central."

"No...This can't be." Senna said, a lump forming in her throat.

"The only detail they have revealed is the involvement of 12th Squad Captain Urahara Kisuke's in their disappearance. He has been branded a criminal and was to exiled to the real world. Senna...I'm sorry. I knew you and Captain Hirako were close. Try to understand, I myself would like to know more about what's going on, but that's all I know."

"Thank you...For telling me the truth." Senna said, turning around and walking away.

She held back her emotion in front of her new captain until she left the room and closed the door behind her. At that point she ran as fast as possible out of the 5th Squad headquarters to an uninhabited open field of grass where she fell to the ground in tears. A minute later, she held out the red hair ribbon that Shinji had given her as a gift, staring at it without any clear thoughts in her mind. Two dark spots began to form in the middle of the ribbon as her tears fell to it, initially forming large droplets on it before slowly disappearing as it soaks into the fabric. Senna clenched the ribbon tightly, closing her eyes as the tears flowed down her cheeks, forming two long cool streaks along her skin as the wind blew against her face.

Senna felt a series of emotions rush to her, unlike anything she had felt in decades. After Shinji disappeared, she had been good about shutting out her emotions, keeping herself from getting close to anyone in fear of heartbreak. After all these years, she was finally beginning to accept her former captain's disappearance. Hearing that name from the prisoner changed all of that in an instant.

"Kisama, did you just say Shinji? As in Hirako Shinji? What do you know about him? Where is he?" Senna demanded, throwing Suikotsu against the wall with a strength that neither he nor Nova expected to come out of the small girl. "Answer me!"

Suikotsu "Careful girl just because my spirit energy is bound dosn't mean that I still can't fight" grabs Senna and throws her to the ground.

"The names Suikotsu and yes i met hirako shinji it was only a week ago. He seemed to know about my mask yet it seemed wanted somthing from me. He said he'd contact me soon but i dont know where he is."

As Senna is trying to get answers from Suikotsu the wall brakes down in mass of smoke and dust. Then as the smoke clears a figure appears of man.

The man looks around and sees the surprised looks on the faces of everyone. the man speaks "Seeing by the reaction on your face you do not know of me. I am called Morgawr." As Morgawr looks around the room he sees Suikotsu tied up in the bonds. "You fucking shinigami piss me off. You go around imprisioning each other. You really need to trust people more"

As Morgawr walks over to Suikotsu he turns and says to senna "Tell the Captain-Comander I am still alive. He will know who I am!"

As Morgawr is leaving he grabs Suikotsu and gets ready to leave "Stop struggling you will be safer where we are going then you will be here. This is the first place Aizen will look." Morgawr notices the shock on the others faces "Ohhh yes i know of him. I have known for awhile now."

Morgawr jumps off with Suikotsu leaving just a mass panic and confusion.

Suikotsu "You're one of the soul reapers that tried to kill me. Damn you let me go. If this is where Aizen will be then leave me here. I owe him a little payback for what he did to me.
